O Christmas Tree
The hustle and bustle of the holiday season is upon us, and I'm quickly running out of time to do all the things. Our Christmas tree is up, but not decorated. Our Christmas cards will be New Year's cards, maybe even Valentine's Day cards, and next to no presents have been bought let alone wrapped and shipped. While I'm running out of time for many things, I won't run out of time to read a Christmas-themed book. Here are some titles I'm going to cozy up with.
When I learned my youngest son's class was reading Charles Dicken's "A Christmas Carol," I had to get a copy to read along. And as a bonus, this version of the classic features recipes from award winning chefs!
I'm hoping this book will get my boys to eat their vegetables, or at least make them laugh.
This book is part of a series with a very sweet main character. You can find the first book in a variety of formats in MCL's catalog.
Who doesn't love a good "Pigeon" book?? If you're not familiar with this character, he is featured in several books. While you wait for this seasonal title, you can enjoy some of his other adventures.
This title was selected to honor my youngest son's love of kitties.
