Mid-Columbia Libraries’ Merrill’s Corner Branch opened on June 2, 1988 to serve the rural farming community around Eltopia. Prior to serving as a library, this building held a beauty salon. The library offers free borrowing, WiFi, special programs, a public computer, and curbside pickup.
