Dental Insurance

Eligible employees may choose from a variety of dental plans at no additional cost to them. Now that's something to smile about!

We also offer a basic LTD policy at no cost to the employee. Eligible employees may enhance this benefit by purchasing optional coverage and shortening waiting periods.

Retirement Benefits

Employees hired into regular positions and work at least 70 hours/month are immediately eligible for participation in the Washington State Public Employees’ Retirement System (PERS). Employees have an option to choose between two plans, which both offer a defined benefit. This means when you meet plan requirements and retire, you are guaranteed a monthly benefit for the rest of your life!*

Employees also have the option to participate in the Deferred Compensation Program (DCP); a voluntary investment program which provides an opportunity for employees to set aside pretax dollars into a supplemental retirement account.
