Santa can find you anywhere, even in a secret wartime construction camp in the desert of Eastern Washington where your address is a post office box shared with thousands of other people.

Learn what the holidays were like for those living at the Manhattan Project’s Hanford Engineer Works in Richland during WWII. From mess hall meals and circus visits to church services, segregation, sandstorms, and secrecy, wartime Hanford holidays were unlike any other.
