Join Mid-Columbia Libraries at the Summer's Hub in Kennewick for an evening of themed LEGO-building, food trucks and fun! Teams of 6 or less can compete.

Free to play. LEGO bricks will be provided. 

Summer's Hub of Kennewick is located at 6481 W Skagit Ave, Kennewick, WA 99336

BUILDING CONTEST RULES:

  • Teams will build to a theme.
  • Each team will be given a matching LEGO® bricks, elements, and pieces set. They may only build with the allotted pieces. No other items or embellishments may be added.
  • Teams must have no more than 6 members.
  • Designs must be original. No viewing of the other teams build will be allowed.
  • Teams cannot look up build manuals online.
  • Your creation must fit completely on a baseplate.
  • There will be a time limit of 45 minutes for the build.
  • As an additional challenge, each team is permitted 2 spins on the LEGO Wheel of Chance.

Please Note: We will try to fill teams so everyone will have a chance to participate. There is a possibility that we may add people to your team if you do not have a full team. 

* Violators of these rules will be forced to walk barefoot across a bed of LEGO bricks
