Join Mid-Columbia Libraries at Moonshot Brewing in Kennewick for an evening of themed LEGO-building, and fun! Teams of 6 or less can compete. This month's theme is "Dinosaur Destruction." It's the end of the Summer Reading Challenge and that means the end for the dinosaurs. Build a scene that showcases what happened to the dinosaurs when they didn't learn how to read.
Free to play. LEGO bricks will be provided.

BUILDING CONTEST RULES:
- The theme will be revealed at the start of the event.
- Each team will be given a matching LEGO® bricks, elements, and pieces set. They may only build with the allotted pieces. No other items or embellishments may be added.
- Teams must have no more than 6 members.
- Designs must be original. No viewing of the other teams build will be allowed.
- Teams cannot look up build manuals online.
- Your creation must fit completely on a baseplate.
- There will be a time limit of 60 minutes for the build.
- As an additional challenge, each team is permitted 2 spins on the LEGO Wheel of Chance.
Please Note: We will try to fill teams so everyone will have a chance to participate. There is a possibility that we may add people to your team if you do not have a full team.
* Violators of these rules will be forced to walk barefoot across a bed of LEGO bricks
