Customer Survey Dec.1 - Jan.1

Mid-Columbia Libraries is asking customers of its eleven branches and Bookmobile to provide their feedback to a survey that asks, “How are we doing?”  Mid-Columbia Libraries is halfway through its 2008-2010 Strategic Plan, which was driven by community input.  The library system now asks customers to respond to a few brief questions about library services.  The survey takes less than 2 minutes to complete and is accessible via the Mid-Columbia Libraries website homepage from December 1, 2009 until January 1, 2010.
