Summer Vacation Conversation
Talking with your children about the world around them is a very important part of their development. Although you may be using words and concepts that they do not yet understand, don't stop! When your children are ready to read, the words and concepts they find in books will be familiar to them because you have given them the opportunity to listen, look and learn through your conversations.
I encourage you to use the books and movies below to talk with your children about their experiences this summer. Let me know your comments and ideas: email me at egray@mcl-lib.org

I really like the quick
I really like the quick snippet format. I READ the whole entry. Yay me! So is this still in development, or is it live to your library parents? I don’t see a link from the homepage so that folks can find it on their own. Or is this where the social networking this comes in to drive traffic to it? The Twitter feed or whatnot?
